Les Enfants Parfaits

Les Enfants Parfaits (French for The Perfect Children) was a top secret biological experiment sponsored, funded and executed by the mysterious paramilitary organization known as the Neo Diamond Dogs, a project which came about during the 1990's. Les Enfants Parfaits, as the name suggests, was intended to capitalize on the research and data gathered during the Les Enfants Terribles project.
