Neo the Ninja
Neo was cloned by the Patriots from the DNA of Zero. Neo is a cyborg assasin created from the Patriots' technology. He has nanomachines in his white blood that grant him accelerated healing abilities. His nanomachines are recharged by his body heat, like Solid Snake and Raiden. Neo has x-ray vision and a silencer in his right wrist, which he used to [sic] rebel leaders in his assasinations. He can bypass any security system.
